The A-Train4014 Productions crew headed back to Lake Forest in attempt to catch the Iowa Pacific Polar Express equipment that was reported to head back to the Chicago area. Casey Walker (CaseyBNSFTrains) joins the A-Train4014 Productions team on this chilly, windy day but we were able to stay warm and catch the Iowa Pacific Polar Express equipment. However, it wasn’t the perfect day to take photos because of the sunlight that has been a factor. But that doesn’t stop us. We also predicted that a special Amtrak Heritage Unit would be leading on the Empire Builder 7 and turns out, it was well worth the wait. As a result, Highlight of the Day was a very tough choice. But one came out on top that was completely worth it.
