It’s been such a long time since we’ve visited Northbrook. On June 28, 2018
we were finally able to squeeze in a day at Northbrook of filming trains. Andrew
Mangalindan, Casey Walker, and David Dupuis represented us out trackside in
Northbrook with our close colleague, Andrew Sonkin. We arrived a bit later
during the morning rush hour but better late than never. While the action may
not have been the best, it was busy enough to keep our crew occupied. Good
day out trackside in Northbrook and we were glad to make another trip. We still
have a few other places to visit to film trains later in the year so stay tuned for a
new video from a new place.

LaGrange Railfanning

LaGrange Railfanning

A-Train4014 Productions returns to one of our places to film trains: LaGrange, IL.
Since visiting LaGrange last year, it has treated us extremely well. We’ve caught
Santa Fe Warbonnet 683, a Canadian National Blue Devil, a Burlington Northern
SD60M, and most importantly we’ve witnessed our “Biggest Jaw Dropping Moment”
in our production company history as we witnessed Amtrak Cascades 467 trailing
on a BNSF Intermodal freight train with BNSF Fakebonnet 789. This visit to LaGrange
was no exception. Andrew Mangalindan, Casey Walker, David Dupuis, and Aaron
Gonzales represented us out trackside as LaGrange continued to treat us well and
gave us the good stuff towards the end of the day. We filmed the morning rush
hour up until the start of the evening rush hour. Our day went so well that was
extremely hard to pick “Highlight of the Day”. In fact, this was the hardest decision
on picking “Highlight of the Day” in our production company’s history so far.

Lake Forest Railfanning

We’re back to Lake Forest on the CP C&M Subdivision to film trains on a
rainy day. While the majority of the day was nothing but rain, we still had
fun filming in the rain even though our crew looked like they came from a
waterpark at the end of the day. We had to cut our day a little bit short due
to a battery failure on our main camera and our equipment were very close
to dying in the cold rain. Plus, our crew had a hard time staying dry so they
were running out of clothes to change into. So we learned our lesson to be
a bit more prepared for filming in the rain for long hours out trackside next time.

We’re back to making music videos to share our favorite train catches
so far this year. Since the year 2018 is halfway through, we thought
we share some of our favorite/best train videos that we recorded.
In this music video, we used the song “Toy Train Hall of Fame” by
James Coffey. In this music video, we feature train catches from
Hinsdale, West Chicago, Lake Villa, Lake Cook Road, and more

We’re back to making music videos to share our favorite train catches
so far this year. Since the year 2018 is halfway through, we thought we
share some of our favorite/best train videos that we recorded. In this
music video, we used the song “One More Train” by James Coffey.
We’re sure that you can relate to our crew as children we used to say
to our parents “Can we stay for one more train?” So these train catches
were some of the very last to be caught on our cameras during our trips
out trackside before heading home. Once again, we’ve enjoyed making
these music videos and stay tuned later in the year for another set of
